About Me

  Hi. My name is Diana and I love music and reading. My love for music started ever since I was 5 years old. I always loved how music can tell a story or show a specific emotion through words that others can relate to that specific story or emotion. I play clarinet in 7th&8th grade band at HMS. I had been playing my clarinet ever since 5th grade. Someday, when I am older, I want to become either a band director or a musician. Most of my family was born in Mexico, but I was born here in the US which technically makes me Mexican America. I do speak Spanish with my family, but I'm currently trying to speak Italian. I have an older brother who is currently in college learning on how to become a mechanic engineer. I love how my brother is very confident about his choices in life and I want to be just like him someday, except I want to study music. In my pastime, I love watching YouTube. One of my favorite YouTubers is Bethany Mota also known as MacBarbie07. I look up to her because she is always herself even though people might not like her, but I do.
  My favorite movies include the Star Wars series, Harry Potter, The Hunger Games,and The City of Bones. I would list more, but it would take forever. My favorite books include Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, The Book Thief, Like No Other, and others but it would be also a lot. My favorite music pieces that I've played for my school band is Jurassic Park, Avenger(but not the Marvel's Avenger), Farandole, and Fireball (not Pitbull's song.). As you can tell already, I am a huge Potterhead (a Harry Potter fan) and I know almost everything about Harry Potter. And I have taken a quiz to see which Hogwarts house I would be in and the test said that I would be suited to be in Gryffindor. I can almost relate to the characteristics of being in Gryffindor, but I would almost think of being in Ravenclaw because they are seen as intelligent.
